With over a century of manufacturing, sales and distribution experience means that we’ve pretty much seen all there is to see in our industry. Amongst much else, we’ve learnt that it’s important to react rapidly to the demands and expectations of the market

Beginning in 1985 with the takeover of a Swedish paper roll company, we began to expand abroad, and this was followed by the acquisition of companies in Belgium, England, Finland, France and Germany.

In 1989, we acquired the French company Aramis & Athos in order to add the manufacture of self-adhesive labels to the already extensive range of Schades products.

Schades has developed into the European market leader in small paper rolls and self-adhesive labels for a wide spectrum of different industries. We now operate production facilities across Europe, and we regard this as our home market. We have an outstanding record of serving customers on a pan-European basis, at the same time as retaining a local focus.
