After a year of continued positive growth in 2024 for both the Schades Group<\/strong><\/a> and Harbour Investment GmbH<\/strong><\/a>, we have welcomed two new strategic appointments to the Harbour Investment GmbH management team<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

Who are the new appointments?<\/h3>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

Michael Feuerstack<\/strong><\/a> has joined Harbour Investment<\/strong> as Head of Linerless and Labels and Younghoon Seo<\/strong><\/a> joins as Chief Strategy Officer. Michael brings over 20 years of industry experience and joins after a period of consultancy work for the pressure-sensitive label industry. Younghoon has a wealth of experience and knowledge from different industries, including the paper industry in Korea. These are incredibly vital appointments which will help Schades Group<\/strong> and Harbour Investment<\/strong> continue their positive trajectory of growth. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

After taking on the role as head of linerless<\/strong> and labels<\/strong> from February 1st<\/sup> 2025, Michael<\/a> is responsible for labels<\/strong> (including linerless<\/strong>) production at Schades Group<\/strong><\/a>. His focus will be on the strategic growth of Schades\u2019 market position in the linerless and wider labels sector and ensuring Schades<\/strong> Group <\/strong>remains at the forefront of innovation in the field.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

\n\t\n\t\n

The extensive experience and forward-thinking brought to the role by Michael from over 20 years working in the label industry will be vital in driving growth<\/strong> and transformation<\/strong> within our group through 2025 and beyond.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

Having assumed the role from January 13th<\/sup> 2025, Younghoon\u2019s role sees him being responsible for overseeing future merger and acquisition activities for Harbour Investment<\/strong><\/a>  and Schades Group<\/strong>. The role also demands the formulation and direction of growth strategies, transformation and strengthening the ongoing business of our group.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

\n\t\n\t\n

Younghoon brings extensive industry knowledge and understanding gained from working within different markets including paper and manufacturing. The experience in these two fields makes his appointment especially crucial for Schades Group<\/strong> and Harbour Investment<\/strong>. His insight will help to drive forward the growth and success of the group as we look to increase our market shares.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

September 2024 saw the successful acquisition of Hamilton Adhesive Labels<\/strong><\/a> (now Hamilton-Schades) from administration to support our significant growth strategy and allowed the Schades Group<\/strong> to diversify its product range.  <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

\n\t\n\t\n

We followed up this successful acquisition with award-winning success for one of our acquired products, the Hamilton Adhesive Labels for Tesco Finest Smooth Brussels Pat\u00e9. This product achieved the Flexotech Award<\/strong><\/a> in the Labels \u2013 Printed on Film Substrates<\/em> category. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>

Following such a successful end to 2024, Schades Group<\/strong> aims to build upon its success by continuing to increase its market share across POS and labels in each of its different regions. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>
