New Appointment at Schades Group

Schades Group, a European market leader in POS rolls and labels, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pawel Pokrzywinski as Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Additionally, Pawel Pokrzywinski will manage the Polish subsidiary Omeko Papier Sp. z o.o. as Managing Director. This appointment is effective from April 1, 2025.

Pawel brings extensive experience from the paper industry, having held positions such as Sales & Marketing Director and Head of Sales at Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe GmbH, a paper mill specializing in specialty paper.

Pawel will focus on maintaining Schades’ market leader position for POS rolls while driving growth in the sales of linerless- and self-adhesive labels as well as exploring new business opportunities to support the Schades Group growth objectives.

As Managing Director of Omeko, he will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at Omeko, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance market presence.
