Announcement from Group Management: Leadership Transition at Schades Ltd and Hamilton–Schades

On behalf of Group Management, we are writing to formally announce an important leadership transition within our UK subsidiaries, Schades Ltd and Hamilton-Schades.

Jack Hugill, who has successfully served as the Managing Director for both entities, has made the decision to retire, effective June 9th, 2026. Group Management is immensely grateful for Jack’s leadership and the significant contributions he has made to strengthening our business operations and nurturing our valued client relationships over the years.
