Schades Group Expands Paper Printing and Converting Capacity with Strategic Investment in Germany

    The investment includes two advanced ROBOPLUS converting and printing lines supplied by Lemu Group, reinforcing Schades Group’s commitment to high‑performance and automated production in Germany.

    Two new fully automatic ROBOPLUS converting and printing machines designed for fully automatic operation, high productivity and maximum flexibility will be installed at R+S Group GmbH in Sarstedt, Germany, a fully automated production site within the Schades Group. The ROBOPLUS 214/1420 + IM4 AL is equipped witha long accumulator, enabling best‑in‑class running speeds in full automatic mode. With full four‑colour printing capability inline, the top-of-the-line machine delivers excellent print quality and process stability while maximising output through continuous, uninterrupted production.

    The ROBOPLUS 212/1420 + IM2 ACtwo-colour machine is configured with a short accumulator for full automatic operation. It offers advanced converting capabilities, including coreless production, fast and reliable processing of large diameter rolls, and linerless converting functionality – providing high flexibility across a wide range of paper roll and label products.

    Together, these investments in advanced converting and printing solutions from Lemu Group strengthen Schades Group’s capability for high‑volume production and fast, reliable delivery across Europe.
